The Power of a Smile

Tonight, Joshua went upstairs to his room to put away some clothes and somehow he tripped and hurt his leg. He came downstairs bawling his eyes out and thinking that his leg was broken. If you know Joshua, than you will know that he can be a bit of a Drama King. Anyway, he was crying and I was holding Eli. Eli, the sensitive little guy that he is showed some concern for his big brother on his sweet little face. Then as if knowing exactly what would make it all better, he gave Joshua a big smile. Joshua immediately forgot about his leg and had to smile back. He gave him a teary-eyed hug and Eli gave him a nice wet kiss on the cheek. Such a little sweetie! The power of a smile can be truly amazing!
