The 3rd Annual Poetry Festival for Washington Online

The boys practiced this silly poem to perform for school in front of their peers and teacher. They were so cute! Elena thought she needed to be up there with her brothers. I guess my kids just love the spotlight sometimes. The poem they recited was, The Generals by Shel Silverstein. Poor Caleb struggled a little bit getting the names in the right order, but he did great for his first time reciting a poem. They actually did much better at home, but I guess that's what nerves can do to you.
