Closet Reformation

So grateful to be able to get a tax return so we can do some more house repairs/organizing.  This year on our top priority list was the boys' closet.  With 4 boys in one room, there just wasn't enough room to have a dresser and a place to put all their books, toys, etc.  Even though, we got rid of most of their toys, we kept most of their books and 4 kids sharing a room means not a lot of space for furniture outside of their bunk beds.  They have a pretty good size closet, but it only had one shelf and there was no way to organize anything.  So this is the before pic of the kids' closet.  Imagine this with a shoe rack and suitcases of clothes.  Yep, it was always a mess!

 This is after my husband's handiwork.  One shelf is now 10 shelves with plenty of space for all their clothes to hang and keep folded on the shelf and they each have their own space, except for the little one.  He still has his clothes and shoes in my room.  No need for big bulky dressers.  They even have space to keep some of their personal items on the shelves and shoes can go on the floor under the bottom shelf.  AAAAH!  Organized space at last!  Something that we've wanted for years, but it has now become more than just a want, but a real necessity with 4 boys sharing the same space.  Hopefully, we can do something like this for Elena's room sometime in the near future.  Oh, and I know the pic makes it look like the left side is a lot smaller, but it's really the same as the other ones.  There was no way for me to take a picture straight on, because of beds being in the way.
